• If you did not pre-pay, the payment must be complete
before starting classes on Monday.
• Payment can be made in cash (US Dollars or local currency)
or by credit card (Visa, American Express or MasterCard).
• If you have traveler’s checks, it is necessary
to cash them first. Please ask the receptionist where to go
to cash travelers checks.
• If you have not paid by your second day of class, you
may not participate in class until your payment is made. You
will also be removed from your housing.
• Portions of programs not paid upon arrival will be canceled.
You may reserve space later if available.

and Changes Policy
Cancellation and changes prior to start date
Regular Spanish Programs (Group, private, semi private
and custom classes):
• Notice more than four weeks before start date: no fee
• Change noticed less than four weeks before start date:
$75
• Cancellation noticed less than four weeks before start
date: $200
Special Programs:
• Notice more than three months before start date: no
fee • Change noticed less than three months before
start date: $75 (When possible, depending on school location)
• Cancellation noticed less than three months before start
date: • Voluntary Program (when paid): $195
• Internship Program: $200 • Medical Shadowing:
$200

Start date: is the arrival date to the first location in which
you are enrolled for our courses
Cancellation and changes after start date
Regular
Spanish Programs (Group, private, semi private and custom classes):
• If you choose to change a part or the entire
scheduled program, we will refigure your invoice and you will
be charged a $75 (US dollars) processing fee.
• If you choose to cancel your program, you are
eligible for a 50% refund of the remaining scheduled program
or 100% toward a future program, less a $75 processing fee.
(NOT applicable to programs with long term discounts
of 10%, 20%, 30% and 40%. In this case no refund is possible).
Special Programs: Special programs can not
be changed neither cancelled after the start date
NOTES:
• Programs with long term discounts can not be cancelled
neither refunded. • All programs are
transferable to another person of your choice, if you are not
able to make your trip or finish your program. •
Any change or cancellation must be done with at least 1 weeks
notice. • Student enrolled by agencies, please contact
your agency for changes and cancellations.
• Students arriving after the course starts will not be
refunded for any unused portion.
• Start date: is the arrival date to
the first location in which you are enrolled for our courses
Cancellation of course by the School:
• If the school has to cancel a course before the start
date, the full amount received will be refunded.
• If the school has to cancel a course after the start
date, the full amount of the remaining scheduled program will
be refunded.
• If the school has to cancel the course due to breach
of contract by the student, no payment will be refunded.
NOTES: • Refunds will be done by credit card or
cash depending on how you paid for your program. In general,
this process takes 5-7 business days.

National Holidays - The school will be closed
on the following dates; these classes cannot be refunded or
made up.
