PAYMENT
• If you did not pre-pay, please pay the director upon arrival. Payment can be made in cash (US Dollars or Pesos) by credit card (visa or mastercard).
• If you have traveler checks, it is necessary to cash them first. Please ask the receptionist where to go to cash travelers checks.
If you have not paid before the start of the second day of class, you may not participate in class until your payment is made. You will also be removed from your housing.
• Portions of programs not paid upon arrival will be cancelled. You may reserve later if space is available.

CANCELLATIONS AND PROGRAM CHANGES

Prior to Start Date

Cancellation Fees
• $100 deposit is Non-Refundable
• Remainder of Payments will be refunded in full.

Fees for changing start dates
• Notice more than four weeks before start: no fee
• Notice less than four weeks before start: $50

After Start Date
Program Changes

  1. If you choose to extend your program, please talk with the school director in advance.  This is important for class and accommodation scheduling.
  2. If you choose to reduce your program, you are eligible for a 50% refund of the remaining scheduled program or 100% toward a future program, less a $30 processing fee. Any long-term discounts will be recalculated to reflect two distinct programs
  3. If you choose to change a part or all of your scheduled program, we will refigure your invoice and you will be charged an additional $30 (US dollars) processing fee.  Please see the above note (2) in the case of an overall program reduction.
  4. For courses longer than 4 weeks, each student is allowed one program change. For shorter courses no changes are permitted.

Early Leave of Course
Cancellation of Course by School

• If the school has to cancel a course before the start date, the full amount received will be refunded.
• If the school has to cancel a course after the start date, the full amount of their remaining scheduled program will be refunded.
• If the school has to cancel the course due to breach of contract by the student, no payment will be refunded.


NOTES:
• Students arriving after the course starts will not be refunded for any unused portion.
• Flights of the Combination Programs (Arg-Ch Combo, 3 Countries Program) are Non-refundable.
• No program in Costa Rica or in Ecuador may be refunded. No changes are allowed less than 4 weeks prior start date.
• Refunds will be done by credit card or cash depending on how you paid for your program. In general, this process takes 5-7 business days.
• Student enrolled by agencies, please contact your agency for changes and cancellations.

HOLIDAYS 2007:
School will be closed on the dates below, these lessons will not be refunded or made up.
• Buenos Aires: 1 Jan , 6 Apr, 1 May, 25 May, 25 Dec
• Bariloche: 1 Jan 6, Apr, 1 May, 3 May, 25 May, 25 Dec
• Santiago: 1 Jan, 6 Apr, 1 May, 18 Sept, 25 Dec

Other holidays lessons will not be refunded. A conversation club will be organized instead.
